Information for Allegheny Valley School District's Board Meeting for the Phased Reopening Health & Safety Plan:
For security and safety reasons, changes have been made to the format of District virtual public meetings. The public will be able to view a live stream
of the school board meeting at the link below. If you do not already have one, you will need to create a free Google account to access the livestream.
The audience will not be able to interact directly with the meeting when viewing the livestream. Instead, public comments are asked to be submitted
in writing using the Google Form below. This form can be used to submit public comment both before the meeting and during the meeting.
The live stream for the event can be accessed using this link:
While we are still working to create a more inclusive format for our virtual meetings, for closed captioning support we recommend using the free online
tool “Web Captioner” on your computer while watching the AVSD meeting live stream. This program takes the audio from your computer and microphone translates
the audio into text in real time.
